In many senses, I am you. I’ve been to places where I felt confused, hurt, scared, not sure what to do. My inner voice was guiding me and even though I could hear it, it took me years until I dared follow what it asked me to do. After deep inner work and intensive training in awareness, psychology, energy work and spirituality,

I tapped into my gift of supporting others in their journey of connecting to the joy within.

My approach is holistic. I work with practices for architecting the mind, connecting it to the heart, making the heart and mind allies, and embodying your soul as your essence. I also guide you rebuild your inner structure.

I am a master of my craft. I have profound understanding of the human consciousness, that I couple with years of practical experience. I have sat in more than a thousand private sessions to date, worldwide.

I am an intuitive. I sense the right questions that lead to you having revelations (those a-ha’s) and moments of liberation.

I am a true listener. I hold space for you to exercise your voice and express feelings, thoughts and experiences that have been suppressed over many years, decades even for some.

I am an entrepreneur and a professional. I spent 15 years in the corporate world and graduated an MBA from London Business School. I launched my private practice in 2023 and prior to that, held roles at Google, Amazon and Coface.

I went through major life changes. I have first-hand experience with pursuing courage, uncertainty and embracing the unknown. My formation is my inner alchemy. My school is my transformation.

My teachers are Matias de Stefano, Eckhart Tolle, Peter Crone (I graduated his Mastermind in 2024) and Don Miguel Ruiz. I also learn from Gabor Mate and Carl Jung.

I am a creative. I published the notebook and card set on self-love - tools that support you in meeting the parts of yourself that have been waiting to be seen. More details can be found on the shop page.

I am a guide in soul matters and that of consciousness expansion.
