The practice of observing your thoughts and feelings allows you to notice that which stands in the way of experiencing joy as a state of being. Ideas, beliefs, hidden feelings, can be blockages to love, joy, life energy, inherent to you.

Embracing and accepting all sides of yourself, gives you a deep sense of calm and relaxation. Both the battle and inner conflict end, as you learn to hold yourself in all feelings, behaviours, expressions and non-expressions.

When you connect your mind to your heart, you have wisdom of the heart. Your heart speaks your soul’s language, through your inner voice. The mind acts on signals of the heart, by putting them into practice and making them a reality for you. The mind and the heart are powerful allies, when you have coherence between what you think, feel and do.

Consciousness is awareness. It expands as you connect to your thoughts and emotions, as you understand what is behind your perception, as you spot your patterns and dissolve illusions that distort your experience of life. In major part, the way you feel and react is influenced by your perspective and perception.
Through consciousness architecture, you get to see what is behind, you assess the invisible in your mind. You are guided in the dismantling of the inner structure, of the illusions and mental patterns. You rebuild a new foundational structure. In this process of removing the old, the unhealed and the unconscious, you become lighter. Your vibration changes, it feels as if you move up on the octave. In this new frequency you access, a new reality unfolds.
This is the soul expansion and liberation.

Sessions with Teodora are held online on Google Meet. Her schedule covers timezones worldwide and preferred days are: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Teodora’s availability can be found on her book page.
Sessions in person are held in Zurich, by request. Details for location can be found at this link on Google Maps.

90 min. Sometimes, the conversation requires extra time, and if it works for you and Teodora, the session can be extended with up to 30 min.
We recommend allocating a buffer time right after the session, so you can stay with what has been discussed before engaging in other activities or meetings.

Weekly, so that Teodora can properly hold you in the process for the change you intend to make.
If weekly cadence is not feasible for you, we recommend you meet Teodora every 2 weeks.
Both the weekly and bi-weekly (every 2 weeks) cadences are suitable for the ‘Transform Your Life’ programs of 24 or 12 sessions with Teodora.

Sessions with Teodora are complementary to other practices you may pursue. However, be aware that there is an overlap with talk therapy, energy work and life coaching.
We do not recommend overdoing it. Please share with Teodora what other practices you pursue, so she can advise on what to keep and what to pause while working with her. This can happen in the Clarity Call.
