The practice of observing your thoughts and feelings allows you to notice that which stands in the way of experiencing joy as a state of being. Ideas, beliefs, hidden feelings, can be blockages to love, joy, life energy, inherent to you.
It is awareness that allows you to clear your mind, body and heart, so you experience your true nature.
It is enough to just be you
Embracing and accepting all sides of yourself, gives you a deep sense of calm and relaxation. Both the battle and inner conflict end, as you learn to hold yourself in all feelings, behaviours, expressions and non-expressions.
Self-love integration is a journey taking you to feel that … there’s really nothing wrong with you.
Your heart feels, your mind thinks
When you connect your mind to your heart, you have wisdom of the heart. Your heart speaks your soul’s language, through your inner voice. The mind acts on signals of the heart, by putting them into practice and making them a reality for you. The mind and the heart are powerful allies, when you have coherence between what you think, feel and do.

Sessions with Teodora are held online on Google Meet. Alternatively, you can connect via Facetime.
Starting May 15th, sessions are also available in person in Zurich, Enge. Exact address is shared at time of booking.

Approximately 90 min. If the conversation requires extra time to wrap it up before the next session, the session may be extended with up to 30 min. That, if both you and Teodora are available to do the extra time.
Nevertheles, we recommend having booked buffer time right after the session, so you can stay with what has been discussed before engaging in other activities or business meetings.

Weekly, so that Teodora can properly hold you in the process for the change you intend to make. If weekly cadence is not feasible for you, we recommend you meet Teodora every 2 weeks.

We recommend commitment to your process and to the work with Teodora.
We recommend an initial immersion to the work with the 3 months Know Thyself program. Alternatively, you can book single sessions.
Please do not book sessions just to try it out. The intro call is dedicated to an initial conversation. It is free to book.

We recommend you follow your heart when deciding whether to renew a package or to book your next session.
You have the freedom to stop when it feels right, post a conversation with Teodora to make sure the resistance of your ego is not in control (your ego doesn’t like change and it will likely manifest that through thoughts).
Most clients do weekly sessions over a period of months or years.

Sessions with Teodora are complementary to other practices you may pursue. However, be aware that there is an overlap with talk therapy, energy work and life coaching.
We do not recommend you overdo it. Please share with Teodora what other practices you pursue, so that she can advise on what to keep and what to pause while working with her.

Sessions with Teodora are excellent for integration post ceremonies and retreats.
